About Me
I’m Kristen (she/her) — and I’m here to meet you in the tender places while calling you forward into your becoming.
My work is rooted in my own journey of healing and awakening — shaped by grief, uncertainty, and the sacred process of finding my way back to myself again and again. I know what it feels like to question your intuition, to ache for connection, and to long for something deeper than surface-level healing.
Because I have walked through darkness and found light on the other side, I understand both the courage vulnerability requires and the power that awakens when you begin to trust yourself fully.
The spaces I create are not only for soothing — they are for remembering, strengthening, and embodying who you already are.
Through mediumship, energy healing, embodiment work, and sacred circles, I hold grounded, intentional containers where women soften fear, reconnect with their intuition, and deepen their relationship with Spirit in a way that feels steady and real.
My work is devotional and empowering. Gentle, but never diminishing. Sacred, but deeply grounded.

My work is guided by a simple but profound truth:
the Divine Feminine is the medicine our world needs.
She is not only softness and compassion, but also power, boundaries, and the death of what no longer serves us. The Divine Feminine restores balance — reminding us that healing is both gentle and fierce, both nurturing and transformative.
Through every session and circle, I channel this living presence to help women feel safe, seen, and supported as they release what depletes them and reconnect with divine love and wisdom within. This is more than a practice — it is my mission to bring the Divine Feminine more fully into our world, so that wholeness can take root in each of us.
