I will always aim to offer guidance that is ethical, trauma-informed, and grounded in the principles of free will. You are the ultimate authority in your own life; my role is to help you reconnect with your inner knowing and the love that surrounds you.

Confidentiality

All personal information and session content are held in strict confidence. I do not share, record, or disclose any details of your reading or healing session without your explicit consent, unless required by law.

Scope of Practice

While my background includes professional training as a licensed social worker and therapist, the services offered through Divine Femme Medium / Lumina Healing Arts, LLC — including mediumship, intuitive mentorship, and energy healing — are spiritual in nature.

These offerings are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment. If you are experiencing acute distress, please seek professional medical or mental health support in addition to any spiritual care you pursue here.

Refunds and Boundaries

Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Refunds are not offered once a session or event has been completed. In the rare case that a spiritual connection cannot be established during a mediumship reading, a full or partial refund may be offered at my discretion.

All communication must take place through official booking or contact channels. I do not provide readings, interpretations, or guidance via email, text, or social media messages outside of scheduled sessions.

Energy and Spiritual Responsibility

All messages and energy work are intended for spiritual growth, emotional healing, and personal insight. The outcomes of any session depend on your own openness, integration, and free will choices.
