I created my Soft, Sacred Rising ritual during a season when I felt overwhelmed, disconnected from myself, and exhausted from constantly pushing through life instead of truly living it.
What began as a daily journaling and meditation practice slowly became a way for me to reconnect with myself, Spirit, my body, and a softer, more grounded way of moving through life—and it changed me deeply.
Now, I’m sharing it with you.
