I’m Kristen, a Divine Feminine Medium.
My work is rooted in the belief that love never dies, that Spirit always finds a way to reach us, and that the Divine Feminine can hold even our deepest wounds with tenderness and strength.
Sensitive from the Start
I’ve been sensitive all my life — a child who dreamed vividly, felt everything deeply, and knew there was more to this world than what we could see. The women in my family carried stories of premonitions, prophetic dreams, and paranormal experiences, but they were often wrapped in fear and religious dogma. I grew up both believing in Spirit and being afraid of it, wondering what was real and what was safe. When I was ten years old, I lost my radiant cousin in a tragic murder. It was the first major death in my family, and it shook me to my core.
Even as a child, I sensed that death wasn’t the end. I knew love couldn’t just vanish and I began to wrestle with the concepts of heaven and hell I had been raised with. That moment planted a seed that would one day grow into my calling as a medium.
Wrestling with Faith, Identity, and Pain
Like many sensitive souls, I carried shame, questions, and the feeling of being “too much.” As I grew older, I wrestled with my queerness and faith, longing to belong yet feeling at odds with the beliefs I was raised in.
I spent years trying to “redeem” myself, praying for change, and fighting against who I was. When I finally surrendered, expecting rejection, I instead felt wrapped in an overwhelming love. Spirit’s message was clear: My love for you was never going anywhere. You are so good.
That moment shifted everything. It showed me that Spirit doesn’t abandon us — Spirit embraces us, exactly as we are.
Meeting My Guides
Spirit began to meet me in unexpected and magical ways throughout my twenties, yet old fears continued to hold me back from fully embracing my spiritual path. I meditated, journaled, read tarot, and learned to interpret and glean insight from my dreams—especially the dreams featuring my loved ones across the veil—but there were still parts of me that were afraid to "open doors" to dark energies.
Finally, in my early thirties, during a painful heartbreak, my journal suddenly filled with words that weren’t mine — messages from a guide who called herself Elaine (“bright shining light”). She told me all was well and offered predictions about my future wife and the life we would share together—all of which later came true. She became my anchor, sending dragonflies as signs, especially the blue ones that now appear in my work. Later, another guide, GG, a great-grandmother spirit, stepped forward to help me channel energy healing to others and embrace my calling.
Through training, practice, and trust, I discovered I was not only intuitive, but a medium. Every reading has shown me, again and again, that this life is a brief dream our souls share. Love never ends and, beneath the illusion of separation, all is well. We have nothing to fear and we are held in divine love.
Embracing the Divine Feminine
I understand my role as a channel of the Divine Feminine: the nurturing, mothering, protective energy that says you are loved, you are held, you are known, you are not alone. But she is not only softness—she is also strength, sacred boundaries, and the death of what no longer serves. She is both the gentle embrace and the fierce truth-teller. She is balance and liberation.
As a queer woman shaped by lifelong shame, struggle, and pain, I now hold sacred space for others — especially women and non-binary people who feel comfortable in women-centered spaces — to feel safe, seen, and held as they reconnect with Spirit.
Trauma-Informed Background
Alongside my work as a medium and energy healer, I am also a licensed social worker and therapist. My trauma-informed background allows me to create spaces where both your heart and nervous system feel safe. This training helps me hold the balance between the mystical and the practical—so that every session is not only spiritually profound but also deeply grounding, compassionate, and supportive of your whole being.
