Clear boundaries create safe, sacred spaces. Please review these policies before booking your session or event.
Before Your Session
Please do not share personal details prior to your session. When booking a mediumship reading, I kindly ask that you do not provide information in advance about yourself, your life, or your loved ones living or passed. This includes names, circumstances, causes of death, or specific questions you hope to have answered.
Mediumship is a sensitive and sacred process that relies on clear energetic conditions and my ability to receive information directly from Spirit without prior influence. Entering the session with openness and minimal pre-shared information helps preserve the integrity of the connection and allows Spirit to guide what comes through naturally.
All sessions — including mediumship, energy healing, and intuitive mentorship — require me to be present and well in mind, body, and spirit. In the rare event that I am unwell or unable to hold the session as intended, your appointment will be rescheduled to ensure the highest quality of care and connection.

Session Recordings
To protect the integrity of this work and the safety of the container, clients may not audio-record or video-record sessions without my explicit consent. This includes screen recording, external recording devices, or recording through Zoom.
If you would like an audio recording of your session, you are welcome to request one in advance or during our time together. When appropriate, I will provide a recording following the session.
Thank you for honoring these boundaries, which help ensure that each session remains present, respectful, and energetically contained.
Booking & Payment
All sessions must be booked and paid in full at the time of scheduling through my secure online booking system. I do not accept cash, checks, Venmo, or other alternative forms of payment.
This ensures clarity, energetic boundaries, and proper documentation for each session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Life happens — and I understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance of your session time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session start time, or no-shows, are non-refundable.
If you experience an emergency or unforeseen circumstance, please reach out directly and we can discuss options on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy
Payments are considered final once a session or event has been completed.
In the rare instance that a clear spiritual connection is not established during a mediumship reading, I may, at my discretion, offer a full or partial refund or reschedule your session.
Session Expectations
All sessions begin promptly at their scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session, as I am unable to extend time beyond the booking window.
Please arrive grounded and ready, in a quiet and private space, with Zoom installed and updated.
To maintain integrity and energetic safety, I do not conduct readings or healing sessions via text, social media messages, or email.
Circles & Events
All ticket sales for circles and group events are final. Refunds are not available unless the event is canceled by Kristen Naes / Lumina Healing Arts.
Because these are intimate group experiences, participants are expected to attend with cameras on to maintain the sacred and safe nature of the space.
Confidentiality & Ethics
Your privacy and emotional safety are my priority. All session content and personal information are kept strictly confidential.
My services are spiritual in nature and not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
