THE SACRED RECONNECTION PROCESS If you’ve been feeling emotionally overwhelmed, energetically drained, or disconnected from your inner clarity, this session offers space to slow down, be witnessed, receive healing, and reconnect with yourself. Through The Sacred Reconnection Process, we move from expression to energetic restoration to grounded integration — helping you release what feels heavy and return to greater clarity and steadiness. You may choose a 60-minute, 90-minute, or 2-hour session depending on the depth of support you feel called to receive. CREATING THE SACRED HEALING CONTAINER We begin with a brief, intuitively guided conversation where you can share what has been rising within you — emotional patterns, spiritual openings, fears, questions, or longings. This creates a calm, supportive space where the nervous system can soften and your experience can be gently witnessed. ATTUNING TO YOUR ENERGY FIELD From this grounded space, I attune to your energetic and emotional landscape, sensing where energy is flowing and where it may need support, release, or recalibration. RELEASING STAGNANT ENERGY You are then guided into a restorative healing experience. While you relax in your own space, I create an intentional healing container from my office using a proxy body on a massage table with crystals representing each chakra. As I move through the energy centers, I channel Divine Feminine healing energy to support gentle clearing, emotional release, and energetic recalibration. RESTORING FLOW & BALANCE As stagnant energy releases, the body’s natural healing intelligence restores balance and flow. Many clients experience deep relaxation, emotional lightness, or renewed clarity during this phase. INTEGRATION & RECONNECTION We close with a brief grounding conversation to integrate the experience and share insights that arose during the healing. Clients often leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to their inner calm and intuition. If you feel called to reset, realign, or reconnect with yourself, this session offers a gentle and powerful return home.
Session Guidelines & Booking Policies
Before Your Session: For mediumship readings, please do not share personal details in advance about yourself, your life, or your loved ones (living or passed). This includes names, circumstances, causes of death, or specific questions. Mediumship is a sensitive, sacred process that relies on clear energetic conditions and receiving information directly from Spirit without prior influence. Entering the session with openness and minimal pre-shared information helps preserve the integrity of the connection. All sessions — including mediumship, energy healing, and any other offerings — require me to be present and well in mind, body, and spirit. In the rare event that I am unwell or unable to hold a session as intended, your appointment will be rescheduled to ensure the highest quality of care and connection. Session Recordings: Clients may not audio-record or video-record sessions without my explicit consent. This includes screen recording, external devices, or recording through Zoom. If you would like an audio recording of your mediumship reading, you are welcome to request one, and I will provide it after the session when appropriate. Booking & Payment: All sessions must be booked and paid in full at the time of scheduling through my secure online booking system. I do not accept cash, checks, Venmo, or alternative payment methods. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session start time, or no-shows, are non-refundable. In the case of an emergency, please reach out and we can discuss options on a case-by-case basis. Refund Policy: Payments are considered final once a session has been completed. In the rare instance that a clear spiritual connection is not established during a mediumship reading, I may, at my discretion, offer a full or partial refund or reschedule. Session Expectations: Sessions begin promptly at their scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Please join from a quiet, private space with Zoom installed and updated. I do not conduct sessions via text, email, or social media messages. Confidentiality & Ethics: Your privacy and emotional safety are respected at all times. Services are spiritual in nature and not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. By booking, you agree to these policies and acknowledge that sessions are intended for spiritual and personal growth.
