THE SACRED INNER GUIDANCE PATH You may be noticing subtle shifts within yourself — a stronger intuition, deeper emotional awareness, or a quiet sense that something inside you is awakening and asking to be trusted. For many women, these experiences arise during times of grief, healing, or deep self-reflection. Old patterns may surface. Your sensitivity may feel heightened. You may feel drawn toward deeper meaning or spiritual connection, yet unsure how to interpret what you are sensing — or how to move forward with what your intuition is showing you. Sacred Inner Guidance offers a grounded, compassionate space to explore what is unfolding within you. These sessions unfold through an ongoing mentorship process I call The Sacred Inner Guidance Path — a gentle, trauma-informed approach designed to help you strengthen your relationship with your intuition and begin living in deeper alignment with it over time. CREATING A GROUNDED CONTAINER Each session begins by slowing down and creating a calm, supportive space where you can reconnect with yourself. Together we explore what feels most present while establishing emotional safety and nervous system regulation. LISTENING TO WHAT IS UNFOLDING From this grounded place, we reflect on the intuitive signals, emotional patterns, or life transitions emerging within your experience. Naming what you are sensing often begins to bring clarity and relief. SOFTENING PROTECTIVE PARTS Protective parts carrying fear, doubt, or past experiences can sometimes make intuition harder to trust. Through gentle parts work, we approach these patterns with curiosity and compassion. STRENGTHENING INTUITIVE DISCERNMENT As fear softens, your ability to recognize and trust your inner voice becomes clearer. Sessions may include intuition development practices, energetic boundaries, and spiritual discernment. EMBODYING ALIGNED ACTION Together we translate intuitive insight into practical next steps — supporting you in making life choices, navigating obstacles, and moving toward a more aligned and authentic life. Many clients find that meeting monthly or biweekly provides a helpful rhythm of reflection, clarity, and support as their path continues to unfold. Investment: $111 Sacred Inner Guidance is offered as spiritual coaching and intuitive guidance only and is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment.
Session Guidelines & Booking Policies
Before Your Session: For mediumship readings, please do not share personal details in advance about yourself, your life, or your loved ones (living or passed). This includes names, circumstances, causes of death, or specific questions. Mediumship is a sensitive, sacred process that relies on clear energetic conditions and receiving information directly from Spirit without prior influence. Entering the session with openness and minimal pre-shared information helps preserve the integrity of the connection. All sessions — including mediumship, energy healing, and any other offerings — require me to be present and well in mind, body, and spirit. In the rare event that I am unwell or unable to hold a session as intended, your appointment will be rescheduled to ensure the highest quality of care and connection. Session Recordings: Clients may not audio-record or video-record sessions without my explicit consent. This includes screen recording, external devices, or recording through Zoom. If you would like an audio recording of your mediumship reading, you are welcome to request one, and I will provide it after the session when appropriate. Booking & Payment: All sessions must be booked and paid in full at the time of scheduling through my secure online booking system. I do not accept cash, checks, Venmo, or alternative payment methods. Cancellations & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session start time, or no-shows, are non-refundable. In the case of an emergency, please reach out and we can discuss options on a case-by-case basis. Refund Policy: Payments are considered final once a session has been completed. In the rare instance that a clear spiritual connection is not established during a mediumship reading, I may, at my discretion, offer a full or partial refund or reschedule. Session Expectations: Sessions begin promptly at their scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session. Please join from a quiet, private space with Zoom installed and updated. I do not conduct sessions via text, email, or social media messages. Confidentiality & Ethics: Your privacy and emotional safety are respected at all times. Services are spiritual in nature and not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. By booking, you agree to these policies and acknowledge that sessions are intended for spiritual and personal growth.
